Payment: 100% advance payment is required to confirm and process your order. Orders are subject to stock availability when payment reflects in our account. A 24% p.a. interest rate applies to late payments, and a ₹350 fee applies to bounced cheques.

Pricing & MOQ: Delivery charges apply to orders below the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Orders meeting or exceeding the MOQ qualify for free standard shipping. Discounts apply only to quantities above the MOQ and adjust based on final order volume.

Delivery & Liability:

• Company Delivery: We are responsible for any transit damage or defects until the goods are delivered to you.
• Customer-Arranged Carrier: You are fully responsible for the shipment. Our liability ends once goods are handed to your carrier, and we are not liable for transit damage (manufacturing defects still apply).

Returns & Claims: Goods are non-returnable except for defects or transit damage (under Company Delivery). All issues must be reported with photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
